ProcessGo Robot Window is the user interface of ProcessGo. As the management center of business processes, it controls the start and stop of business processes.

After starting Robot, the message box opens.

Right-click the message box to select the main page, or right click the Robot icon in system tray, and select “Main Page” to open the main page.

Robot main page consists of menu, quick search and projects section.

1.   Menu

Contains commands such as "Close," "Refresh," "Settings," and "Import Process," etc., for importing published projects, minimizing Robot page, setting the schedules, toggling the languages, and managing the Conductor connection etc.

Note:

Click “Close” in menu to minimize Robot to system tray.

Right-click the minimized icon in the system tray, you can see the context menu containing "Main Page," "Settings," "Schedules," "Open Logs," "Browse recordings," "Hide Message Box," "Software License," "About," and "Exit" commands.

Description of commands:

● “Main Page” is the Robot main page.

● “Settings” button is mainly used for toggling languages, enabling recording and Conductor connection.

*Note: For Conductor connection, please enter Conductor URL and port number.

● "Schedules" button is mainly used for creating and viewing Robot schedules.

●"Open Logs" button is used to search for Robot execution messages.

● "Hide Message Box" button is used for showing or hiding the prompt message box.

● "Software license" button is used to display the expiration date for a user.

● "About" shows the product name, version number and copy right information.

● A prompt message appears after clicking "Exit", asking whether the user wants to exit Robot.

2.   Projects

Displays published and imported project lists (projects can be imported locally, imported through Studio or assigned by Conductor).

3.   Quick Search

Quickly locates a project when more than one projects exist.

Note:

When more than one projects exist, type project name in project name to quickly locate a project.
