Robot Management

The main responsibility of the ProcessGo Conductor is to remotely monitor and manage multiple robots. Therefore, the Robot Management page is located on the top of the Conductor Management page.


The Robot Management page includes the following operations:

●Add: Add the basic information of the robot to Conductor.

●Remove: Remove redundant robots in Conductor.

●Edit: Modify the basic information of the robot in Conductor.

●View and operate: View the business processes on the robot and remotely start or stop the business processes on the robot. connected with Conductor.

●Runtime environment check: Remotely view the runtime environment of the computer where the robot connected with Conductor is located.

●Query: Quickly locate and query a robot from a pool of robots for subsequent operations.



The fields of the Robot Management page are described as follows:

1. Add Robot

Click the “Add” button on the Robot Management page, the add robot information page will appear. Fill in the correct information and confirm to add the robot to Conductor.


*Note: MID is the machine ID proposed by the robot when it is connected to Coductor. The added robot must have previously connected to Conductor. For more details, please refer to the document for Robot.

The fields of the Add Robot page are described as follows:

2. Edit Robot

Click the “Edit” button under More menu on the Robot Management page, and the Edit Robot page will appear. This page can be used to edit the basic information of the robot.

*Note: The MID, user name, and device name in the Edit Robot page cannot be changed. These three fields are the device information that Conductor automatically obtains when the user is connected.


1. Remove Robot

Click the “Remove Robot” button under More menu on the Robot Management page, a prompt window will appear, asking the user whether to remove the robot or not.

*Note: When the robot is associated with schedules and user try to remove the robot, Conductor will also delete the schedules associated with the robot.


4. View business processe details of the robot

Click the “Detail” button under the More menu on the Robot Management page, and the robot Business Process Detail page will appear. On this page, you can view the existing business processes on the robot, and start or stop the business processes remotely.


The fields of the Detail page are described as follows:

*If you need to remotely start or stop a business process on a robot, the robot must be connected to Conductor.


5. View robot runtime environment

Click the “Runtime Environment” button under the More menu on the Robot Management page, and the Robot Runtime Environment page will appear. The runtime environment incormation includes two parts: basic information and disk information.

*The robot’s runtime environment information will be continuously updated to reflect the status of the equipment environment where the robot is running in. If the robot and Conductor are not connected, the runtime environment of the robot cannot be viewed.




6. Robot query operation

When there are multiple robots on Conductor, Conductor can quickly locate a robot by its organization, online status, or other query conditions.

*Note: Other query conditions include fuzzy query of user name, device name, robot name and MID.


The connection between the robot and Conductor might be affected by the network condition and other factors, and the update might be delayed. The user can manually click the "Refresh" button to refresh the page. If the robot is still not connected to Conductor or successfully displays an offline status, the user can log back in to Conductor and re-enter the page.
