For users who do not have any experience with ProcessGo Robot, problems may arise. This article briefly outlines some common problems and their solutions.


1. Q:The robot was successfully installed but it cannot be turned on?

A: Please check if anti-virus software or firewall is enabled during the installation of the robot. The anti-virus software may affect the port setting process during the installation of the robot. The firewall may block the permission of the robot. Please make sure the anti-virus software is turned off and disable the blocking of the firewall. Lastly, reinstall the robot.


2. Q: When I configure general settings, I want to change the language, and after confirming the change, it has not worked?

A: The language change requires the robot to be restarted before it takes effect. Please restart the robot.


3. Q: I cannot connect to Conductor?

A: Connecting to Conductor requires the correct Conductor URL and port number. Please verify the information with your administrator, use the correct information and reconnect.


4. Q: When I use the robot to download processes from Conductor, it keeps loading. Why can't I download?

A: The download of the process is affected by the network condition and the size of the process. When the process being downloaded is too large and the network is in poor condition, issues such as network timeout may happen. You can choose a smaller process and a location with good network conditions to try again. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales representative of you product to get technical support.
